Switter loves hanging out with the kids, like you and Mikey. I see Kimia is here, too. I think it’s good for you to know what you’ll eventually become and what it’s like to be a cranky, broken down, get off my lawn kind of old man. You won’t be like that, Kimia, because you will be surrounded by legions of cats coughing up hairballs, dying under your kitchen range, pooping in your shoes, and thinking of ways to smother you in your sleep.

All according to prophecy.

Wow, just wow. Not shocked, understood most but enough that I didn't I'll have to look it up.

Writing for an audience instead of journaling takes great courage. You are in essence saying to your audience that you don't give a damn what they think. You have so much in your mind that you will spew it out and let the chips fall where they may. And with this article you are absolutely saying, "f.... boundaries."

I don't know if I want to be this free. It's an interesting thought as I have written and edited and deleted volumes of confusing, controversial subjects. To those whom I have verbally expressed some of my most bizarre thoughts and events, they have sat aghast but fascinated and told me I should write a book...they have never met someone like me.

Now, I don't believe I'm all that unique. I've just had the kahunas to share. You command attention with your daring subject matter, humor and satire.

Enjoyed reading this piece. I hope and wish we could think about ourselves as humans first, and I believe we all do until one (or many) peculiar experiences make us question our identities. I used the plural because I don't ever think we are just one thing because the world is multifaceted and, so we are.
