Unfortunately this year and most probably even more next year I am afraid that the path to less war is recurred into the wrong direction. Trump, Putin, Netanyahu, Orban, and also Hamas and Hezbollah, the whole extreme right identity movement are all obsessed by racial purity, alpha mascunality, or religious fanatism, and are gaining more power. Cooperation, solidarity, and international agreements are (hopefully very temporally) under fire and regressing, at least at first sight. The bias of news makers on bad news is amplifying an actually minority opinion but thanks to very fine tuned algorithms in te hands of a few far too powerful techno kids are reversing artificially the natural status of humanity towards cooperation. It's our current capitalistic system that enhances greed and accumulates too much financial power in the hands of too few persons.( an old marxist theme). The war in Ukraine is fueled not by oil or gas of which Russia has enough but by their large amounts of lithium basically in the east of Ukraine. That's the fuel of the future. And water of course. It's always the (capitalist) economy that rules and with AI autocratic regimes will soon have all power to manipulate people and make them fight against others even more easily than ever before.

Personally, trying to commodify my thoughts and express my values has likely ruptured aspects of my spiritual well-being, but that might also be because of my unhealthy want for recognition and how much self-worth I put into external validation.
As far as thinking about energies… well, I’m struggling with that right now. Last year, I felt what I thought to be the most spiritual and mystical connection of my life, but this year, that turned out to be a rollercoaster of trauma bonding. Now, I don't know what is spiritual and what is hormones going crazy from being shown kindness and venom in a cycle.
